Mr. Olamide Adeosun is a dynamic investment professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in financial management, operations, venture investing and entrepreneurship. His career spans both traditional finance and innovative technology-driven enterprises, with a consistent focus on driving growth and unlocking value across sectors.
He currently serves as a Vice President at Kuramo Capital Management, a leading investment firm focused on emerging and frontier markets. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and supporting capital raising initiatives. Prior to this, he was the Principal and Head of Early-Stage Investments at Consonance Investment Managers, where he led investments in scalable ventures across Africa.
Mr. Adeosun has also made significant contributions to the tech and startup ecosystem. As Managing Director of Gidi Ventures, he championed innovation in Africa’s informal economy by advancing online marketplaces and pioneering blockchain-based solutions. At Solo Phone Holdings, he helped streamline operations and strengthen financial planning during a critical phase of growth.
Olamide holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was a Sloan Fellow and focused on corporate finance, blockchain, and platform strategy. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Morehouse College, where he served as President of the Economics Club, demonstrating early leadership and a commitment to excellence.
