Abimbola Kasim is a seasoned finance professional with over 24 years of extensive experience in investment banking, stockbroking, fund management, and financial advisory within Nigeria’s financial markets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Lagos (1998) and a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, and Econometrics from CASS Business School, City University, United Kingdom (2003). His professional qualifications include Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and Associate Memberships with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Abimbola has held key leadership roles, including Acting Managing Director at FCMB Capital Markets Limited, and Head of both the Corporate Finance and Stockbroking Divisions at Meristem Securities Limited. He has led and participated in numerous successful transactions involving capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and corporate restructuring for both private and public sector organizations.
