Blessing is a highly skilled financial operations and back-office expert, renowned for her expertise in financial operations, assurance, back-office support, financial control and reporting, strategic financial analysis, and auditing. Blessing began her career at CSL Stockbrokers Limited in 2006, where she held various roles within the Operations group. She later joined Dangote Cement Plc before returning to CSL Stockbrokers Limited as Deputy Head of Operations, eventually rising to the position of Head of Operations.
