Company History & Mission

FSDH Capital is more than just a financial services provider, we’re a long-standing partner in progress for individuals, institutions and governments.

About FSDH Capital

Established in July 1995 as a stockbroking firm and now a proud subsidiary of FSDH Holding Company Limited, we’ve evolved into a full-fledged investment powerhouse. We see ourselves as more than advisors; we are your dedicated allies, working alongside you to navigate the pivotal moments that define your success.

In 2019, as part of a strategic restructuring of FSDH Merchant Bank, we united the strengths of its investment banking division with FSDH Securities to form today’s FSDH Capital. This bold move allowed us to broaden our expertise and deepen our ability to serve our clients with tailored, high-impact financial solutions. We provide expert insights, intuitive tools and personalized service. Our goal is to make managing your money feel less overwhelming because when you grow, we grow.
